Steve describes his work as shot driven, and visually descriptive, in such a way that the pictures tell a clear narrative. This then allows the sound track to add layers of emotion on top. It's not surprising then that his favourite film is 2001 A Space Odyssey, which has great pictures and music and precious little dialogue!
His recent commercials work includes famous Swiss watch brand Rotary , and an international award winning commercial for the Irish Health Service on CPR life saving techniques. Steve also has many years of experience of retail TV commercials for SCS and Reid furniture.
In corporate communications Steve has recently helped SSI UK with 8 films to promote culture change at their Redcar blast furnace, but he has also made films in Africa on corporate and social responsibilty for Firmenich.
His broadcast work extends to factual entertainment series for ITV, FIVE and Singapore Broadcasting Corporation and Steve is strongly supporting the development of network programme ideas within Dene.
