Solicitors firm Browell Smith & Co. required a commercial to advertise the services of the companies, no win, no fee accident claims division.
Dene answered the brief by putting the commercial in the context of the victim, with the key message being “I wish there was someone I could talk too….”. The film of the victim and the reconstructions of the accident were given a deeply resonant look, which intensified the dramatic effect.
In the final commercial a split screen created the classic DRTV style, and animated text conveyed the range of services offered by the client in a sophisticated and credible way.
The challenge was to make a series of commercials that weren't the usual accident claims format, but represented real human drama and a trustworthy solution to accident claims.
The commercials were hugely successful, so much so, they have been rolled over and used almost continuously for five years.
