This video was aimed primarily at staff and those new to steel. The video needed to leave the viewer feeling proud to be part of the company, the consortium and portray Teesside cast products as a world leader.

The Product - TCP is a world leader in the manufacture of steel slabs working out to be around 3.2 million tons each year.
The Plant - TCP operates from one of the most advanced and capable steel plants in Europe and the blast furnace is the only one remaining on Teesside.
The Process - An overview of the production process needed to be covered with each interviewee to be asked to talk about their role at the plant and how they contribute to TCP.
The Workforce - The single most important thing that makes TCP special is the people providing the skill, the vision and the commitment for TCP's success and the video needed to reflect this.
The Consortium - In December 2004 a landmark deal was agreed ensuring continued investment in the site and processes, and a demand for Teesside slab until 2015.
Health & Safety - At TCP safety is paramount and a commitment to health and safety was to be illustrated in the video.
The Environment - TCP are committed to minimising environmental impact with steel itself being the most recycled material in the world.
Passion - The video needed to convey this as steel is a vital material at the heart of the modern world. Essential in industry, agriculture and transport, in the home, in construction and engineering.
The Future - Teesside has a long history of steel production and are committed to continued and improved investment and the highest safety standards.
