Dene Films

Funny story this one! Dene was asked by FINA to put together a set of short documentary films interviewing the stars of the British Diving Team. Filming in Sheffield’s gigantic Pond’s Forge, Producer Director Chris Chapman and his crew spent the day getting hotter and hotter in the humid conditions.



The short interview films turned out perfectly, but Chris found himself with two hours still left on the clock after the divers had wrapped their strict training for the day. Other (perhaps more sensible) crews would have called it a day – but not this one!



Chris opted to spend those two hours filming himself undergoing training to dive from the monstrously high ten-meter board. The results were unfortunate, hilarious and very very painful.
