Dene was ask to produce a charming commercial that would highlight the benefits of unlocking the equity tied up in personal property, through the creation of a 90 year lease. The commercial needed to tastefully highlight the benefits of such a plan and the difference it could make to one's quality of life, with the added advantage of receiving a greater cash payment from this company, as opposed to many others offering similar products.
